Milton, FL - Probate

The property owner passed away more than 20 years ago, leaving the lot to five heirs. Over time, the heirs grew tired of paying taxes on a property they never used, and one of the heirs reached out to us for help. We coordinated with all heirs, worked alongside a qualified probate attorney to clear title, and successfully closed on the property. A new home will be built here soon!

Century, FL - Boundary Issues

This property presented several challenges, including title defects, boundary discrepancies, wetlands considerations, and an unresolved probate matter. We are actively working alongside the seller, surveyors, environmental professionals, and a qualified attorney to resolve each issue. Title and boundary matters are being addressed, a wetlands delineation is underway, and the probate process is moving forward, positioning the property for a successful sale.

Milton, FL - Unique Shape

The owner was uncertain about the value of the land due to its unique shape and configuration. As an outparcel separate from the surrounding neighborhood, the lot presented additional questions around buildability, permitted use, and applicable restrictions. We worked directly with the county to clarify these issues, determine the buildable area, and confirm the property’s proper use. By resolving these uncertainties, we were able to negotiate a fair transaction and achieve a seamless closing. A new home will be built here soon.

Pensacola, FL - Plans Change

The owner originally acquired the lot with specific plans in mind, but over time those plans changed and the property was no longer needed. Looking for a quick and easy sale, the owner reached out to us directly. We were able to structure a straightforward transaction and move forward efficiently based on the owner’s timeline and goals.

Ocala, FL - Inherited Property

This owner inherited the property from his father, who passed away. He simply had no use for the property, and wanted an easy, seamless transaction. We closed on his timeline and according to his preferences. New home coming here soon!

Freeport, FL - Title Issues

The owner was facing financial challenges but was unable to sell the property through traditional channels due to title chain issues caused by incorrectly recorded prior deeds. We worked to resolve these title defects and structured a non-traditional closing that allowed the owner to move forward and receive immediate cash.

Pensacola, FL - Fire House

The property had experienced a fire, and while the owner began cleaning and renovation efforts, they ultimately decided not to take on the added hassle. We purchased the property for cash, navigated the insurance process and city requirements, and completed the renovation. The home has since been fully restored and is currently back on the market.

He founded Streamline Capital Group to provide long-term growth and cash flow for its investors.
He is the host of the Diary of an Apartment Investor Podcast and the founder of the Tribe of Titans, a multifamily educational community.
He has two degrees in Math from the University of Utah, a Master’s in International Relations from the Naval Postgraduate School, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps in 2021.

Jordan’s dedication to success is evident in his background in door-to-door sales for 7 years, honing his skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. He earned his degree in professional sales from Weber State University, giving him a solid foundation in business principles and best practices. Outside of work, Jordan is a family man who is married and enjoys participating in long-distance running, biking, and swimming.

Passionate about investing, Ben Bolingbroke is driven to create financial freedom and make a positive impact through his business ventures. Ben graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2022. He has always brought a unique perspective to the world of real estate investing.
During his time in college, Ben personally bought over 2M$ of real estate, spread across eight rental units and invested in two startups as an angel investor. His experience and drive to succeed have allowed him to bring new ideas and innovation to the table, and he is always looking for new opportunities to collaborate and make a difference.
When not working, Ben is an adventure-seeker who loves wakeboarding, traveling, and trying new things.
